Back At It

Well I made it back to the gym this week. The past month has been really crazy and so I missed a lot of time, but now I'm back on track. Tired and sore, but back on track.

I'm still not sure what I should be doing but I think I will probably continue to try to get better at push ups, pull ups and chin ups, because it annoys me that I'm not better at them than I am.

The key is finding the right workout plan for them and being consistent. If you pick the wrong one it can be about as fun as investing in weight loss pills for marathoners.
