So, Now What?

New Basement

We can't wait to finish the basement at our house. It will probably be a couple of years before we do it but it will definitely get done in the near future. Frankly, it was one of the main reasons we bought this house.

The biggest expense is going to be having windows put in the bedrooms down there so that we are up to code. We found a great glass tile place that can do it relatively cheaply assuming that the minimum option will work for us. We'll have to explore that more later.

Right now the girls are still sharing a room so I hope that we can get this done soon. I don't want to make them wait forever to have their own rooms.
