Ugh
There are days when I get really discouraged about working out and eating healthy. I feel sometimes like I'm on a treadmill, doing a lot but not going anywhere.I realize that I'm doing great things for my health and that I'm in good shape but I have yet to feel like I really look the way I want to. I also struggle with setting athletic goals. There isn't any particular athletic sport that I am trying to get better at.
I need to set some real goals and focus on them. Maybe just being able to do a certain number of pullups and chin ups.
Any thoughts?
