New Approach

I have been trying for a while now to eat more healthily. The strange part is that I thought that I was already doing this, but realized that I could take it to another level. I'm still not perfect but I'm doing a much better job of focusing on healthy foods than before. You can't get enough fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains (our good olde fashioned colon cleansers).

The results have been pretty interesting. I have continued to get stronger while at the same time I have lost about 7 pounds. I have continued to work out, but with some changes there as well. I'm being more consistent, and listening to my body more. Just last week, my shoulders were sore, so instead of pushing it and ending up with an injury, or quitting and wasting time, I did intervals for a week. Still got some great workouts in while giving myself a chance to heal.
