Motivation
It's funny how when you are truly motivated by something, it's hard to imagine how you ever went about your daily business without realizing how important that one thing was. The problem is that it can evaporate as quickly as it comes sometimes.I've found regular exercise to be just about the best weight loss supplement for me along with eating well, and for the last 5 years, I have been extremely motivated about getting into the gym. Then for whatever reason this year I've almost completely fallen off the wagon. Where did all my motivation go? I went from about three days a week to one. I have got to figure out a way to get myself motivated again.
