New Rules

I really love Lou Schuler as an author and fitness expert. I credit him with getting on the right path when it comes to working out and using my exercise time as wisely as possible. He wrote a book called "The New Rules of Lifting", which I found to be a really great resource.

Next to address the needs of a fat burner for women he wrote a version for the ladies called "The New Rules of Lifting for Women". I highly recommend if you are starting out to read the appropriate book. There is a lot of good insight that won't seem sensible to someone from the old school, but trust me, it's way better for you in the long run.
