Back In The Saddle

I'm trying very hard to get back in the saddle. I've been slacking terribly on my workouts and healthy eating and it shows. I've gained about 10 pounds, and I don't feel nearly as good as I did. Definitely time to get back on the horse, so to speak.

I'm not making any huge changes diet-wise. I just am trying to resist the junk food urges more than I have been doing and cut back on pop. If I can do those things my diet will be back to being pretty passable. So chances are you won't find me on www.AppetiteSuppressants.com

My main change is that I'm trying to get back to lifting. I got frustrated at my lack of progress and that caused me to take a ton of time off, but starting today I'm getting back at it. Clearly that was helping me more that I realized.
