Stress
Stress can affect people in a number of ways. It has been found that it can be a far greater cause of a lot of health problems than most people think. Taking time out to relieve that stress can not only help you feel better now, but improve your health for later.Why is it that your hair is always associated with stress, hair loss due to stress and gray hair due to stress are cliches we've all heard for years. I wonder how much truth there really is to them?
So if you are bald, or gray, or both perhaps you need to spend a little more time working on yourself and relieving stress. ;)
