Fitness Challenge
Recently, we had Phil and Amy Parham at our church to promote fitness and healthy living. You might remember them from the TV show The Biggest Loser. They are really cool people and we enjoyed getting to meet them.If you know me, then you know that I love to talk fitness so I talked their legs off. They didn't seem to mind and we had some good discussions. It seems that they agree with me. Stop wasting money on tons of weight loss products and start buying vegetables, fruits and lean meats. AND GET TO THE GYM!!! You wouldn't neglect the regular service on your car, so why neglect it on your own body? Isn't that way more important?
