My fitness regiment always seems ebb and flow. Most of that is on purpose but not all. Injuries play a part which is why I haven't worked out for a few weeks, but sometimes it's my plan. My plan over the fall and winter was to lift heavy and add some muscle, which was working pretty well, although not as well as I would have liked since my body tended to break down and left me constantly trying to recover from small injuries. My plan then was to cut fat and show off the muscle I had built. I'm starting that a bit earlier than I had planned due to the strain the heavy lifting was putting on me so hopefully it will work out. I have already lost about 7 pounds, and hopefully it wasn't mostly muscle which is my fear, but you'll notice that I did not mention using a
diet pill, because they aren't necessary.
