Fence Jumping 101

Apparently we are now putting up a fence between us and Mexico to prevent illegal immigration. This may work for a while, but I think eventually those people that are determined enough to get to the other side will find a way. How are we going to be able to tell? Will it be a dna test for immigration? I think not. I think it will be pretty easy to tell. The only two ways to get here now are via catapult or cave. So anyone with dirty fingernails that can't produce an id fast enough will find themselves headed back. Thats assuming we were smart enough to put a gate in the fence otherwise we will need to build a catapult of justice. It might scare the spelunkers at least.
