No Idea
I'm going to be honest. I have absolutely no idea what HDMI cable is. However if you happen to know what it is and need some, follow the link. Maybe it means High Density Mariachi Instruments. Or possibly, How Do Mailmen Inspect? Those seem somewhat unlikely, but you never know. Perhaps Help, Da Moose Itches! or Happy Day, More Indigestion. I honestly have no idea, but if you do, you know where to find some. Really don't tell me, I don't want to know.
