Beginners Luck

There's nothing like weight loss for beginner's luck. It's pretty standard issue and frankly, it's not luck. If you suddenly start working out and eating right when you had done nothing like that before, then of course you are going to have a quick weight loss.

The hard part is that you settle into a pattern after that that can be discouraging. You have to be dedicated for the long term and be able to see beyond your weekly numbers to what that will look like in 3, 4, 5, or 6 months. One pound a week, is 26 pounds in 6 months.
