Mondays
I have changed up my workout schedule a bit. I've decided to go to a 4 day a week schedule. Two days of circuit/cardio training, and 2 days of lifting. I got the first three in this week and decided to take today off due to some sore muscles. I'm hoping that this will get me the optimal combo of muscle building and fat burner so that I get the best results.I'm still getting better at chin ups. My test day is next week again so we will see how I do. My hope is that I get a pretty big increase over last time.
