Back, Again
My back is starting to feel even worse than it did last week. I'm really starting to feel some pain now. It is getting increasingly frustrating to not be able to work out and not have any idea how soon I might be able to again. I've already been to the chiropractor twice and that hasn't helped me this time. At this point I think I'm just going to have to wait it out and allow my body to correct this problem. I'm losing valuable time in the gym but this isn't the first time I've had to do that. I feel like I am always starting over, and that is so annoying. I'm going to make some workout changes once I get through this to hopefully ensure that this is the last time.
