Back!

My back is not making me happy right now. It's been almost 3 weeks now since I hurt myself lifting weights and all I can think about is all the gains that I made prior to that just slowly circling the drain while I wait and wait and wait to heal so that I can get back into the gym. Clearly my days of doing deadlifts are done. Every time I have gotten injured lifting, that exercise has been the culprit. Unfortunately for me, it is a very effective lift, but I can't afford to be out of action this long. It's just too frustrating. I'd rather find other ways to make gains and actually be in the gym doing it than be on the sidelines like this. I''m starting to worry that it is going to take a while too. I have been to the chiropractor twice since that day, and I still feel just about as bad as I did when I first got hurt. I guess I just have to hope that time will eventually get the job done. In the mean time I just hope that I am not losing much of the muscle that I worked so hard for the previous 12 weeks.
