Low Times on the fitness front
Things haven't been good lately. I can't lift, which means I have to food willpower and I'm just getting more and more out of shape every day. Hopefully this will all end soon as I have a couple of doctor's appointments that I'm hoping will put me in the clear to get back into the gym. I'm ready to be back as I miss it a lot. I still don't want any crazy
Miracle burn pills or anything like that but I'm definitely losing ground on my goals. I think it might be wiser for me to stop trying to be a chiseled out dude and just focus on enjoying exercise and know that I'm keeping myself healthy.
