The House Saga Continues
We decided to lower the price of our house. At this point we are going to make $0 on it if it sells, but we can't see how we are going to get moved any other way. It would be nice to have some equity to show for the 5 years we have lived here but it just isn't going to happen. So basically I'm starting over at 30 where I was at 25 except maybe a tad smarter. It stinks to have wasted all the time and money that I have but I can't go back and change it now. So hopefully we will be checking out the listings soon. These are nice if you live in the mountains (blue ridge real estate) but I think I'm going to have to stick to realtor.com for my needs.
