Dressed for Success
It's one thing to compete in really comfortable clothes that perfectly adapted to help you perform in the most affective way. It's another thing to compete in really uncomfortable clothing that couldn't be worse for doing what you are trying to do.Both a competitive ball room dancer and an equestrian rider are good examples. Both of those outfits are ill-suited for their tasks but required for the sport itself. Personally, I'd always rather compete in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt so thankfully I don't ride or dance.
