Debate

I've heard great arguments for both sides when it comes to taking a one a day vitamin. The proponents talk about the deficits in the average diet and tout the great things that come from ensuring that you body has all that it needs.

Those opposed talk about build ups of minerals and vitamins in your system that actually do more harm than good and that we actually need far less than most vitamins contain.

So who is right? I have no idea. Let me know when you figure it out.

Baseball Is Dumb

Have you heard about this "near" perfect game by Andres Gallaraga? Apparently it's become a really big deal because the ump at first missed a call on the final out that would have ended the game and given Gallaraga a perfect game.

The ump has apologized and I feel bad for the guy. I'm sure he would love to have that call over again. Baseball is dumb though, because if they had a clue this would have never happened. Replay should be implemented. The other sports have had it for YEARS. It took them a national scandal and a trip to congress to get drug testing like every other sport has had forever. Plus any kid young enough to need natural products for acne, is going to grow up not watching the sport because the playoff games start well after their bedtimes. Dumb, if you ask me.

Tan

It's summer time again and I'm facing my usual dilemma. Do I try and get a tan this year or cover up and avoid the radiation. On one hand, I worked hard in the gym all winter and a tan will help me to look better. On the other, I don't want to be actively perusing the prevera reviews when I'm fifty.

So I'm taking the cautious approach. (I am getting older now) I've been using sun screen and leaving my shirt on. I guess I need to check out the latest advances in spray tan technology if I ever make it to the beach this year.
