Tired
I'm really starting to miss my workouts. It's just awfully hard to talk yourself into it when you aren't sleeping well. Our new baby is doing great but we are still in that stage where we aren't getting much sleep and I can't see how expending more energy by working out could help at all when I can't sleep to recover. I know enough now to realize that that is the recharge zone and I won't be getting enough of that to make it worth my time. I wouldn't trade all the workouts in the world for this little boy though, so I'll just have to be patient and when I start getting more sleep, I'll be back at it.Sponsored by maternity clothes
