Out of Work Clowns
So congress recently told the director of the Fed to "get to work" because partisan gridlock would not allow them to fix the economy. Why are we paying these guys again?
Job Needs
Two jobs that people will never stop needing are nurses and
estate lawyers. Because most people will get sick at some point in there life and the vast majority die at some point as well.
I know nothing about either job besides the fact that I couldn't do either. Both involve a lot of stress and no room for error. Two things I'm not built for. There is an entire field of professionals whose job it is to catch my mistakes. I like it much better that way.
Cheap Sunglasses
I have always been a proponent of cheap sunglasses. As often as they get lost and broken it seems silly to spend more than $25 on a pair at the absolute most. Generally, I spend $10 or less. I have never had
cheap ray bans but the walmart ones and the ones from pac sun work just fine. I see no reason to stray from my path of cheapness.
Sometimes you get what you pay for and other times you lose what you pay for. If you are going to lose it, then pay as little as possible.
See Food?
I decided on our recent beach trip to try some new foods. I didn't do as well as I had hoped. I passed on the clams and
lobster tails despite my desire to try the latter and because of my lack of desire to try the former.
Maybe I will try them someday. My big fear is that they will turn out to be my all time favorite foods and I will have wasted so much time not eating them. Then again, I'm pretty picky so it's unlikely to turn out that way.
