Country Lackin

I really think carhartt shirts and clothes are pretty cool. They look like really sturdy stuff and perfect for the really cold days we are getting close to around here. The only problem is that I'm not a hunter and I'm not nearly country enough to pull it off.

I think they need to start a line of clothes for us in the middle. The "almost country" collection. Obviously camo would have to be left out, and anything that looked like it belonged to a burly farmer, but I'm sure that if they put their minds to it that they could come up with something that I could wear without ruining their reputation.

The Cup!

Some sports trophies are better than others. For instance, most of the college football rivalry trophies out there are so lame it hurts. Others are pretty cool. You can't do much better than the Stanley Cup. That thing is awesome.

After that there are just dumb trophies. Why would you make a trophy out of crystal? You are just asking for an embarrassing disaster. Yeah, I'm looking at you college football.

And Wimbledon. A plate? Really? I think we can do better.

Tablet Reviews

I love gadgets and I really want a tablet pc. I have been reading the reviews lately and I'm more confused than ever. There is so much info and difference of opinion. Now I don't read reviews about everything. I don't for instance, need to read eyelash growth products reviews, but I think I can generally find the info I need when I need it.

Some say that the Android tablets are too fractured and unsupported by most apps. Also that they don't keep the OS up to date for very long.

The Ipad is really cool, but really expensive. Also it doesn't support Flash. You can say that Flash is a dying technology, but until A LOT of websites get the memo, it's going to be annoying.

The Kindle Fire seems really cool as well. Really cheap at $199, but can it be more than a browser and eReader? Do I need it to?

So many unanswered questions.

Economy

One thing that is for sure in a bad economy is that there are a lot of people without jobs. One of the best areas to work in is healthcare because unfortunately people always need it. The demand doesn't really go down much.

Obviously if you need a Family or General Practitioner Jobs then hospitals are the way to go but they aren't the only healthcare jobs. There are plenty of other places you can get involved. Here's hoping that the economy turns around soon and we can all stop worrying about our jobs.
