Luggage

Our luggage is pretty old I think. We actually borrowed it from my parents for our honeymoon and never returned. Probably not all that nice on our part but I just never remembered and then they ended up buying new stuff so it's just permanently ours now. (unless they ask for it, in which case I would give it back). It's not exactly Samsonite, but it does well for us and our trips to Mamaw and Papaw's. Maybe someday we will buy nicer ones but unless these actually fall apart, I doubt it. I just can't see spending money on that sort of thing.

Car Parts

Now that I own my car and it is no longer a lease, I have been getting the itch to start modifying again. I love doing that stuff and the only problem is the amount of money that it costs to do much of anything worthwhile. However, I feel like it wouldn't be too hard to save up a little of my spending money to buy a few parts here and there. I plan on at least attempting to do that in the near future and see how it goes. I will utilize the power of ebay to keep my costs down and stick to simple things for now. At the very least it will be some fun times in the garage, which I always love.

Rosy Glasses

The last two pc's that I have owned have been Dell's, and they have been fine. Not overly spectacular but fine. Both were durable and the performance has been fine but I always think of Dell as just being totally awesome. Rosy Dell Memory syndrome I guess. I think the main reason is that their ordering site is really cool, and lets you build things piece by piece. For someone like me that loves to customize cars and other things, it gives me the impression that I am doing that for my computer. I guess that is probably why I like them so much.

3D Brains

I have never solved a Rubik's cube. I guess I just have never really applied myself to figuring it out. Either that or I just stink at it. I like logical puzzles but I haven't really ever been drawn to it for some reason. I don't really even enjoy a good jigsaw puzzle, although I love soduku, so go figure. My tastes are strange but it doesn't really matter. As it is, I don't think anyone even reads this blog considering that almost no one reads my main one and this is the secondary one. In any case I have been too busy to write anything worth reading lately which has probably cost me what little audience I might have had at one time.

Bean Bag?

So what is your idea of the perfect set of home theater chairs? Personally I couldn't really care less as long as it is super comfortable. I sit all over the place at home, so I don't really have a favorite spot or position or anything like that. Although if I had more time for movies and such I might be more picky. I do have favorite movie theaters that have better chairs than others but I wouldn't be willing to drive out of my way to go to them which shows how much I truly care about these things. Ok enough stream of consciousness.

Hotels

I read this article about these people that decided to live in a hotel permanently because they just got really used to the service. That leads me to believe that Condo Hotels might be a great investment. Who wouldn't want to live in a hotel that you were building equity on? All the benefits of a house and a hotel wrapped up in one. The only problem would be controlling the impulse to order room service 50 times a day. At least the sheets would always be clean.

Candles anyone?

How often do you think about home lighting? Me neither.

Moving on to other topics, the Indians are playing well this post season. I was happy to see them take game 1 last night and I just hope that they can keep it going. I'd love to see them finally get it done in October.

Cleveland is due for a good sports year. The Cavs made the finals, the Browns are showing signs of life and the Indians are on a tear. It's promising to be a Cleveland sports fan right now.

Plus Ohio State is playing well so it's just a fun time to be a fan. Now, enough jinxing of every team I care about, and back to home lighting.

Ok maybe not.

Another Showing

Our home showings have been sparse this fall but we have still had a few. We have another one tonight so maybe it will go well. I sure hope so. The market where we want to move isn't really hopping right now so I'm not sure what we would do if we did sell. By something cheaper to save money or rent till spring and see what pops up on the market. Hopefully we will have that problem soon as we got a taste of what it will be like if our two current kids have to share a room and let's just say that sleep will be a thing of the past.

And don't forget, there are Las Vegas homes for sale

Junior Treestands

I haven't been able to get my usual headache treatment involving neck adjustments from my chiropractor lately as she has been busy getting ready to have a baby. They are scheduled to induce her on Monday so I plan to start bugging her again by Wednesday, give or take... ;)

All kidding aside, we are extremely happy for them as it has been a long road for them to be able to have kids, and we wish them the best.

I plan to be there to see the newest deer hunter (male or female, doesn't matter knowing Matt) arive.
